Solution:
Principal = ₹1500, Time = 1 year
Interest = ₹120
∴ Amount = Principle + Interest = 1500 + 120 = ₹1620

Rani takes a loan of ₹4000 at 12% annual rate of interest from Mahila (RBSESolutions.com) Cooperative Bank for buying a sewing machine. Find that how much amount Rani has to pay in 1 year.
Solution:
Principal of sewing machine = ₹4000
Rate = 12%, Time = 1 year

= 40 x 12 = ₹480
∴ Amount = Principal + Interest
