1. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is my favorite leader. He was born on 23rd January 1897 at Cuttack in Orissa. He was a brilliant student. He always stood first in school. He passed I.C.S. Examination and secured fourth position. But he resigned from the service for the cause of the nation. Subhash gave two slogans Give me blood, I shall give you freedom and Jai Hind. His death is still a mystery.
नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस मेरे पसंदीदा नेता हैं। उनका जन्म उड़ीसा के कटक में 23 जनवरी 1897 को हुआ था। वे एक होशियार विद्यार्थी थे। वे हमेशा विद्यालय में प्रथम आते थे। उन्होंने आई.सी.एस. की परीक्षा पास की व चतुर्थ स्थान प्राप्त किया। लेकिन उन्होंने राष्ट्र की खातिर सेवा से त्याग पत्र दे दिया। सुभाष ने दो नारे दिये- तुम मुझे खून दो मैं तुम्हें आजादी दूंगा व जय हिन्द। उनकी मृत्यु आज भी रहस्य है।
2. Swami Vivekananda
Narendranath, a disciple of Ramakrishna Paramhansa, later came to be known as Swami Vivekananda. He became a great religious leader. He was invited to attend the World’s Parliament of Religions held in Chicago in September 1893. He was received heartily in America. He addressed a gathering of about seven thousand people. He began his speech with the words, ‘Sisters and Brothers of America’.
रामकृष्ण परमहंस के शिष्य नरेन्द्रनाथ आगे चलकर स्वामी विवेकानन्द के नाम से विख्यात हुए। वह एक महान धर्मगुरु बन गए और उन्हें सितम्बर 1893 ई. में शिकागो में आयोजित विश्व धर्मसंसद में भाग लेने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया। अमेरिका में उनका हार्दिक स्वागत किया गया। उन्होंने लगभग सात हजार लोगों की सभा को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने, ‘अमेरिका निवासी बहिनों और भाईयों” शब्दों से अपना संबोधन प्रारम्भ किया।
