Rajasthan Board RBSE Class 6 English Notice Writing
नोटिस सामूहिक रूप से सूचना देने का सुलभ और अत्यन्त आसान तरीका है । किसी संगठन के सदस्यों, विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों, प्रतियोगिता के प्रतिभागियों, फर्म के कर्मचारियों अथवा सर्वसाधारण जनता को सूचना देने के लिए हम नोटिस का प्रयोग करते हैं । नोटिस को नोटिस बोर्ड पर, विद्यालय या फर्म के भवन की दीवार पर लगाकर अथवा समाचार-पत्र द्वारा सम्बन्धित लोगों तक पहुँचाया जाता है। नोटिस की प्रमुख विशेषतायें निम्नलिखित हैं –
- नोटिस आकर्षक होना चाहिए ।
- सर्वप्रथम नोटिस जारी करने वाली संस्था का नाम लिखना चाहिए।
- इसके बाद हमें ‘Notice’ लिखकर उसके नीचे नोटिस का शीर्षक लिखना चाहिये।
- दो या तीन पंक्तियों में सम्पूर्ण सूचना देने का प्रयास करना चाहिये।
- यह संक्षेप में किन्तु दी गई सम्पूर्ण सूचनाओं के साथ | होना चाहिए ।
- नोटिस में दिन (Day), दिनांक (Date) तथा स्थान लिखे होने चाहिए ।
- नोटिस जारी करने वाले व्यक्ति का नाम व पद-नाम नोटिस के अन्त में होना चाहिए ।
