Aim: To observe and identify the different parts of flowers and record their presence by studying various flowers from surroundings.

Conclusion: Sepals are green in colour and protect the bud. Petals are colourful and attract pollinators. A stamen consists of an anther and a filament, which produce pollen. Pistil contains the ovary, the style and the stigma. The ovary shows ovules inside. Each part of the flower has s specific function that contributes to reproduction. The structure of the flower is well adapted for pollination and seed formation.
