If all three organs were controlled by the same group, there could be a lot of unfairness, corruption and abuse of power. The same group might make laws for its own benefits and punish anyone who disagrees. Nobody can protest against unlawful acts. People loose their safety and freedom and face injustice. Syrian President and his family members left Syria with billions of US dollars in wealth.
