Answer:
Myself Raju, have six members in my family including me—grandparents, my parents and sister. We are school going and rest all are working. In morning grandmother and mother make the breakfast and pack tiffins for all.
The problems arise when any member of the family falls ill. All members take care of him but the routine gets disturbed. All earning members give their monthly earning to grandfather. He distributes it among member as per their requirements, but sometime, they quarrel about more fund. The grandfather listens to and solves their problem. What fund is left, he invests in mutual fund for any unexpected needs that may arise in the future.
Question 2.
Stage a small drama with all your classmates around two or three families. The play you write could include some challenging situations that the families faced, and show how they are resolved. Class 6
Answer:
A person has three sons. All are married and live in a joint family. On the retirement, person gives all his funds to his one son. He does business and becomes insolvent due to loss. He has not sufficient fund to survive his family.
Person: (Calls all his sons and says to number three son.) You are a senior officer and live in a bunglaw. You should help us.
Third son: You have given all of your fund to the first son, so I will not help you.
Person: (He says to second son.) Can you help me ?
Second son: Papa, I am a simple clerk and do a private job. I earn little, there is no saving. But any one of parents can live with me.
Person: (Says to his sons.) Don’t worry, I will do coaching. You can’t separate us.
Then all sons get ready to help them as long as they wish.

What do you think are the aspects of modem living that make some couples opt for a nuclear family (i.e., living apart from older generations or other relatives)?
