Question 1.

On your way from home to school today, can you recall the various economic activities that people are engaged in? In what ways do you think those people are paid? Class 6

Answer:

On my way to school, I saw people working in shops, selling fruits and vegetables, and driving buses. The owner of the shopkeepers earn money by selling goods. The workers at shops are paid monthly salary. The vendors (farmers) get paid for the fruits and vegetables they sell and bus drivers earn a daily wage for driving bus.
