Yes, these objects that we see around house convey previous history of the family. Old coins tell which year they were manufactured and which material they are made up of. Old books tell about knowledge, culture and fashion in the era. Whereas clothes, jewellery and utensils tell us about design, quality of material of that period. From the old houses or buildings we come to know about the architecture of that period.
