Solution:

(i) 2 × 10¹⁶ ÷ 8.2 × 10⁹

=[latex]\frac{2}{8.2}[/latex] × 10⁷

= [latex]\frac{200}{820}[/latex] × 10⁷

= [latex]\frac{10}{41}[/latex] × 10⁷ants.

(ii) Number of flocks = 1.3 × 10⁹ ÷ 10000

= 1.3 × 10⁵.

(iii) Number of leaves = 3 × 10¹² × 10⁴

= 3 × 10¹⁶.

(iv) 26 folds of sheet = (2^26-1)² = (2²⁵)²= 2⁵⁰ sheets.

Solution:
