Solution:

(i) 643 = (82)3 = 86; 643 = (43)3 = 49; 643= (26)3 = 218

(ii) 1928 = (43 × 3)8 = 424 × 38; 1928 = 416 × 48 × 38 = 416 × 128; 1928 = (26 × 3)8 = 248 × 38.

(iii) 32-5 = (25)-5 = 2-25; 32-5 = (8 × 4)-5 = 8-5 × 4-5; 32-5 = (16 × 2)-5 = 16-5 × 2-5.
